Our deposit is equal to 1 hour of service for in town moves and 10% for out of town moves.
Our goal is to help you. We understand unexpected things come up and we will work with you to reschedule any services you need in that event.
There is no charge for rescheduling. Rescheduled appointments are subject to our availability and rescheduled services must be completed within 30 days of the original appointment.
If rescheduling is not an option, this is our cancellation policy.
- Cancellations made 3 days in advance will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made with 2 days or less notice forfeit the full deposit.
