Payments and Policies

We Help LLC moving, cleaning and painting



Payment: We accept cash, check or money order at time of service.

We also accept credit card and Paypal. Credit card and Paypal payments must be made 3 business days before time of service.

We choose Google Checkout for credit card payments because they use secure servers to keep your financial information private. That means your information is safe and your credit card number or any payment information is not even shown to our company.

Taxes: Taxes are charged for any services as required by the state of Ohio. Taxes are based on the rate of the county we are registered in which is 6.5%

Deposit:Once you have submitted a contact form you will need to place a $50 deposit. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. The Google Checkout link below is only good for deposits. Once your service is

Often, especially during busy times, we turn down other jobs to give our customers the good service they deserve. You are given a half hour window in which your crew will arrive and we are on time 95% of the time. That is a statement few other companies can make, no matter what service they offer.

Unfortunately customers often use our service as a back up in case their friends or family cannot help and end up canceling their reservation. Again, that is a block of time that is lost work for us. This causes us to lose money and our employees not to get paid.

This is how scheduling your service works:
Step 1) Fill out our Contact Form requesting the help you need.

Step 2) We contact you, verify the information, answer any questions you may have and set up your reservation.

Step 3) You will receive an email request from PayPal.com asking you to make a partial payment on your service as a deposit. This locks your service date and time.

Step 4) Get ready because We Help is coming!!!

Step 5) Give payment for remaining balance to your helpers at time of service or prepay for full amount online through PayPal


Changes & Cancellations: Our goal is to help you. We understand that moving is a stressful time and unexpected things come up. We will work with you to reschedule any services you need in that event. There is no charge for rescheduling. Rescheduled jobs are subject to our availability and services must be completed within 30 days of the original appointment.

Any service canceled more than 7 days in advance will receive a refund of any deposit minus a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations with less that 7 days notice lose the full deposit. Cancellations must be done in writing by email to gethelp@4wehelp.com

If notice is given less than 7 days in advance there is a forfeiture of the full deposit.
