What is a “small move”? A small move is 5 items or less. A small move can also be helping you rearrange a few items of furniture inside your home or storage space.
One of the big problems with many moving companies is that their expenses are so high, they cannot accept the small moves at an affordable price. We overcome this by scheduling small moves when we are already in the neighborhood helping other families with their moves.
If you need help with less than 5 items, our small move service is for you.
Here are a few ways people use our small moves service and how it might help you:
- You bought some exercise equipment on Craigslist but need help picking it up and delivering it to your home.
- Your family gave you a washer/dryer but you cannot move it into the basement by yourself.
- You bought something at a warehouse club that does not offer delivery and you need help bringing it home.
- Transporting unwanted furniture to a local charity or donation center

Our Small Moves service start at just $80. Rates are based on the number of items being moved, size, value and other factors. They are scheduled when we have another move in your neighborhood to keep costs low. if you need a specific day or time, costs will be higher. Please contact us for a moving quote.
