Packing Unpacking Services
Packing and unpacking your house or apartment is often the most dreaded part of any move. Many customers do not have the time or energy to find boxes, wrapping paper, tape, markers and all the other supplies. Then trying to fit all those large boxes in your car and get them home can be quite a hassle in itself. Then there is the worry if you packed correctly and your belongings our safe.
In Cincinnati we do offer two packing and unpacking services that will take that worry away.
Full Service Packing and Unpacking:
Full service means we provide any boxes and packing supplies that are needed. This includes but is not limited to markers, packing peanuts, wrapping paper, dish cells, bubble wrap. We also remove any unused packing material or debris when finished to be recycled
To be clear, we cannot use materials a customer provides if they chose full service. This pricing is done by onsite estimate only. We do not provide guesses of cost over the phone or by email. This is the only packing service we guarantee.
Hourly Packing/Unpacking Rates:
Our hourly packing service is great if you need help getting ready for your move. You can also use us to get your boxes unpacked and your new home organized after your move.
1 Person – $25 per hour
2 People -$ 50 per hour
3 People – $75 per hour
There is a 3 hour minimum for the hourly services. The hourly service does not include any materials. The customer is responsible for providing proper moving supplies. Because we do not control the quantity or quality of materials a customer provides, our normal gaurantees and responsibilities does not apply.
A few notes about our packing and unpacking services.
1) With the costs of material, labor, transportation and liability involved, full service packing does significantly increase the overall cost of a move.
2) We do not keep materials in stock so advance notice is required. Because all items are shipped from a manufacturer that uses recycled cardboard and plastics, the amount of notice needed varies depending on the time of year and availability of materials.
3) We are unable to pack any items considered flammable or unsafe. This includes, guns, ammunition, explosives and any items containing a flammable fuel such as heaters or lanterns. We reserve the right to refuse packing any item at our discretion
