Houses
Houses, especially older homes, are not always designed with moving in mind. Be prepared to remove doors or banisters if there is a tight fit with large furniture. Our crew is happy to do this but it does increase the length of your move.
Apartments
There are many types of apartments buildings in the Cincinnati area. The fastest moves are when the apartment is at ground with no steps or stairs and the truck is close to the entrance. If a building has an elevator or loading dock, they should be reserved whenever possible. An elevator that is not reserved, stairs, fire doors, landings, and long hallways will increase your time significantly. For the most accurate estimate possible contact us and we will be happy to speak with you.
