about our moving company

These pages offer answers to the most common questions about our company and our moving or cleaning services. Also feel free to check out our blog for more information and news.

Of course we want our customers to feel comfortable with their movers and maids so if there is anything we didn’t explain, please let us know.

These are the answers for many of the questions our customers have. If you have any other questions, feel free to contact us.

Are you licensed?
Yes we are licensed by the Public Utilities Commision of Ohio as a Household Goods Carrier (their name for a mover). Our PUCO # is 505028. We are also licensed by the US Department of Transportation. Our USDOT # is 2059824

What types of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, check, credit card and Square.

Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we require a $50 non-refundable deposit. We cannot save any information or hold a date until we have that deposit. To make your deposit call our office or click the link below.

Are you insured?
We are fully insured. That means we carry all the insurance required by law. We are also bonded and our employees are covered with worker’s compensation and unemployment insurance.

What time will my movers arrive?
We give our clients a window for the arrival of their moving crew. We do this because we cannot control how long earlier moves take, traffic and other factors.

Will you call me to let me know when you are coming?
Yes! We call 30-45 minutes in advance of our arrival at your move.

How do I change my moving date?
We realize things happen and moving is particularly stressful and hectic. There is no charge for rescheduling your move if you give us at LEAST 24 hour notice. You can do this by calling our office and leaving a message. We will be happy to reschedule you for any available times we have.

How do I cancel my service?
To cancel your service simply call our office. If you cancel service you will lose your deposit.
